Well I got in trouble and had to go downtown to visit the Korean Police Station. Just kidding! But I really did visit the station. Here in PA we received a last minute phone call from the commander of the security forces squadron on base that he was presenting a brief to the Korean Police. Since we love to cover events like this we were all over it. The only bad part is that all of our Airmen were gone at the moment and we only had about 5 minutes to get where we needed to be. So I grabbed a camera that I had never used before and ran to meet the commander. He presented the brief to about 220 Korean police forces, including the chief of police. I snapped a bunch of photos, some of which are below!
It was pretty interesting. I got stared at a lot, I think because I am blonde. Afterwards, I went out to lunch with our media rep. She took me to E-Mart. See below.
But guess what? I am going to make you wait to see what's inside!! And let me tell you...it's good. I will be posting that in a future post. But tomorrow...we may have a special edition post!! Cross your fingers!
